Statistical Comparison Module

This module allows identification of statistically significant differences in aberrant regions between two sample populations as well as identification of regions that are highly predictive of a continuous valued factor (e.g. height) using the Comparison and Predictive Power tools, respectively. The comparison results display the frequency plots of the two groups being compared and the significantly different regions (at a specified p-value for a minimum percent differential) are marked (red and green bars in the “Significant” track). Tabular results are also displayed and this data can be processed further to enrich for genes and to display gene annotations for selected regions.
