Technical Support Engineer


As Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, perform internal testing, and analysis support.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • MS or PhD in a Life Science or Computer Science discipline.
  • Experience in Molecular Biology with an emphasis on microarray technology, especially with the use of software tools to solve challenging problems
  • Knowledge and experience with cutting edge data management and data analysis solutions for microarray data
  • Knowledge and experience with array CGH analysis and cytogentics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate highly technical information to both a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Strong self motivation and personal organization skills. Ability to organize time and efforts to maximize results.
  • Team player with an ability to work well individually as well as in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with PERL and/or R is useful
